In 2021, our founders spent 6 months trying to hire a principal engineer. The process was fragmented, the recruiters were disconnected from the technical requirements, and the candidate experience was terrible.
HireStack was built to fix this. By connecting ambitious companies directly with highly-vetted independent recruiters equipped with AI matching tools, we created a marketplace driven by quality over volume.
